MR. GERALD WADE “Jerry” LORIAUX Gerald Wade “Jerry Loriaux, 64, resident of Bartlesville, died at 8:00 A.M. on Tuesday December 15, 2015 in Bartlesville. Private Family Services will be held at the family farm at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory. Mr. Loriaux was born on March 31, 1951 at Herrington, Kansas to Francis Radolph and Lillian Nevora (Taylor) Loriaux. He moved to the Bartlesville area as a young boy in the mid 1950’s and he was raised and educated here in Bartlesville school graduating for College High School with the Class of 1969. Soon after his graduation he entered the United State Army in 1970, and served in the Army during the Vietnam Conflict, until his Honorable discharge on December 11, 1972. He was united in marriage to Pamela Jean Ellis on September 13, 1973 at Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He was active with his parents, Frances and Lillian Loriaux and his wife Pam in the operation of the Silverlake Farms south of Bartlesville, until he assumed the operation of the farm from his parents. “Jerry” as most people knew him was a True Cowboy, and loved working on the farm and ranching, who loved all animals; particularly taking care of his cows and calves. He was a good, honest hard working man, who loved the Lord and studied his Bible daily. He was a family man dedicated to his wife and children, and grandchildren; and was a good Husband and Father. His hobbies were fishing, of which he enjoyed deep sea fishing, and horses. Jerry is survived by his wife Pamela Jean “Pam” Loriaux of the home, two daughters Misty Nevora Loriaux of Seminole, Oklahoma, and Wendy Michelle Loriaux and Tim Atkins of Bartlesville, by a son Matthew Craig Loriaux of Bartlesville, and a sister Janice McGlory and husband Charles of Bartlesville, by ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mr. Loriaux was preceded in death by a son Jason Craig Loriaux, his parents Francis Radolph & Lillian Nevora Loriaux, in 1993, and by a sister Kay Ilene Bundang in 2013.
