In Loving Memory Carole (Mikey) Mari Robbins, 77 January 19, 1937 – December 29, 2014 Carole Mari Robbins, known by many as “Mikey,” went home to be with the Lord on Monday, December 29, 2014. Carole was born January 19, 1937 to Walter and Phoebe (Sally) Kinney in Hominy, Oklahoma and was the first of five children. She was a competitive basketball and softball player and graduated from Barnsdall High School in 1954. Carol married Leonard Lee Robbins on November 3, 1956. Leonard and Carole made their home in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and were the proud parents of three boys. She was a dedicated member of Eastern Heights Baptist Church where she also worked for over 35 years. Carole was patient, loving, and a servant to all. She loved the outdoors, being on the water, and teaching her grandchildren how to water ski. She opened her home and swimming pool to her family and church family and always delighted in their company. She also enjoyed gardening and was a member of the Green Country Garden Club. Carole will be missed by many and forever remembered as a remarkable wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, grandmommy, and great-grandmommy. Carole was preceded in death by her father, Walter M. Kinney, and her husband, Leonard Lee Robbins. She is survived by her mother, Phoebe (Sally) Kinney, and her three boys, Boyd, Randy and his wife Jane, David and his wife Shannon, and four siblings, Esther and her husband Bob, Blanche and her husband Ray, Mike and his wife Phyllis, and Reeta and her husband Dave. Also surviving her are nine grandchildren, Jesse and wife Ashley, Jason and his wife Amanda, Katy and her husband Billy, Nicole and her husband John, Dustin, Noah and his wife Erin, Garrett, Caleb, and Colton, and twelve great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 10 A.M. Friday, January 2, 2015 in the Eastern Heights Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Services and burial will be under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.
