Willodean Kleier

Memorial services for Willodean Kleier, 85, of Mounds, Oklahoma will be held on Friday, September 1, 2017at 2:00 p.m. at Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel. Willodean passed away on August 27, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.   She was born on September 13, 1931, in Purcell, Oklahoma to Marion and Essie Pearl (Storey) Laney.  Willodean married Harley Kleier on January 31, 1953 in Coffeyville, Kansas; he preceded her in death on February 17, 2015.  They were longtime residents of Oregon before moving to Oklahoma. Willodean enjoyed square dancing in her younger years. Willodean is survived by four daughters: Betty Perkins and husband Jesse of Vinita; Mary Laughlin and husband Grant of Hillsboro, Oregon; Janet Thomas of Salem, Oregon; Bonnie Richmond of Mounds; a son John Kleier and wife Dy of Tyro, KS;  numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren a sister Bonnie Richardson of Coffeyville, KS; and good friends Daniel and family of Pawhuska. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Harley, two sons and one daughter.               Cremation services are under the direction of Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home.
