Ronald L. Pace Sr.

Graveside services for Ronald L. "Sam" Pace Sr., 73, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, will be held Friday, December 23, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Osage Garden Cemetery in Skiatook, OK, with Ron Pace Jr. officiating.                   Interment is under the direction of Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home.             Ronald passed away on December 18, 2016 at his residence.  He was born May 18, 1943 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Seamore and Stella Mae (Keys) Pace.  Ronald was a graduate of McClain High School. He married Josephine Sue Power on March 8, 1963 in Turley, Oklahoma; she preceded him in death on March 11, 2013. Ronald worked as a carpenter.  He had made Tulsa his home for over 50 years.   Ronald is survived by two children: Ron Pace Jr. and wife Bonnie of Broken Arrow; Susie Shatzsall of Tulsa; three grandchildren: Blake Alexander Pace and wife Shauna, Madison Nicole Pace and Lauren Elizabeth Shatzsall, four siblings: Jack Pace, Annie McCready, Patty Spurgeon and Mary Wilkinson. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Josephine, a sister Melba Wilkinson and two brothers: Jim Pace and Bob Pace.
