Roger Leon Chouteau, 83, of Skiatook, Oklahoma passed away on December 17, 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma on August 22, 1936 to Jack and Ruth (Hayes) Chouteau. He married Rosilla Coral Whitmore on May 10, 1958. Roger worked as a property manager for JVB Property in Larkspurs, CO. before moving to Oklahoma. He was a great father, hard worker and served God the best he could. Roger is survived by his children: Larry, Leon, Leslie, Lovena, Loren, Louis, Lisa and Lane, their spouses, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and a sister Francis Jones. He was preceded in death his parents and wife Rosilla.
