Micheal Denton Tomlinson

Memorial service for Micheal Denton Tomlinson, 60, of Skiatook, OK, will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Skiatook with Pastor Heath Tucker officiating. Vocalist for the service will be Scott Neighbors. Honorary casket bearers are Terry Branham, Kenneth Mead, Andrew Tomlinson, Aaron Tomlinson, Jason Tomlinson, Mark Seitsinger and Dave Shepherd. Micheal passed away on February 4, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on May 6, 1956 in Nowata, Oklahoma, to Chester C. and Vivian L. (Fellinger) Tomlinson.  He was raised mostly in Tulsa and Skiatook; but did graduate from Laverne High School in Laverne, OK with the class of 1974.             Micheal made his home mostly in Skiatook, where he worked as a heavy equipment operator in the construction business. He enjoyed monster cars and trucks, auto racing and watching wrestling, football and bullriding.  In earlier years he was also an avid camper.             Micheal is survived by his father Chester Tomlinson and wife Billie of Tulsa; his mother Vivian L. Walls of Skiatook; a son Micheal Tomlinson of Sapulpa; a sister Sherri Seitsinger and husband Rick of Skiatook; two brothers: Darrel Tomlinson, Roger Tomlinson and wife Kellie all of Skiatook; four nieces, four nephews, three great nieces, two great nephews, a step sister Terri Wensman and a step brother Steve Hendrix.
