Funeral services for Lyman Earl Hull, 75, of Skiatook OK, were held Friday, June 27, at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Skiatook, with Pastor Hubert Fitts and Elder Michael L. Southward officiating. Interment in Osage Garden Cemetery in Skiatook, OK, was under the direction of Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home. Casket bearers for the service were Bobbie Crawford, Newley Taylor, Mike Freeman, George Sanchez, Andy Knicely and Robert Slavens. Congregational hymns were "How Great Thou Art", and "Where Can I Turn for Peace", and special music by Ellen Drummond, "Amazing Grace". Lyman passed away on June 24, 2014, at his residence. He was born on October 10, 1938, in Wildhorse, OK to Earl and Joy (Taylor) Hull. Lyman married Merry Eads on January 5, 1979. They have made their home in the Hominy and Skiatook area since 1985. He worked as a parts coordinator for the John Zink-Koch Industries. Lyman is survived by wife Merry of the home, four children: Karri Varner of Colorado; Koye Slavens of Nebraska; Koni Watson and husband Randy (Body) of Pennsylvania, Shelinda Delk and husband Jarrell of Skiatook; a step son Jimmy Robinson of Texas; 13 grandchildren: Timberlea Felts, Camille Varner, Skylar Varner, Kalandra Corley, Tandra Crawford, Alicia Sanchez, Danielle Hynicka, Tawni McFeater, Ryan Hynicka, Corey Delk, Chandler Delk, Torre Fontenot, Hunter Robinson, 20 great grandchildren and a sister Frances Lytle and husband Ivan of Shawnee, OK. He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant sister.
