Lyle Emerson Greenfield Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Lyle Emerson Greenfield, 42, of Bartlesville, passed away on August 1, 2022. He was born in Oahu, Hawaii, on August 9, 1980, to Michael Greenfield and Martha Barkley. After graduating from Ponca City Highschool, he became a cook at several restaurants in Ponca City. He was also a bartender at the VFW in Ponca City and worked for United Linen in Bartlesville until he went back to cooking at several local favorite restaurants in Bartlesville. He also owned a dispensary in Bartlesville. On March 8, 2019, he married Kim Greenfield in Las Vegas, Nevada. Lyle enjoyed playing pool and attending music festivals and concerts. He enjoyed cooking for others and would always be the last to eat his creations until everyone else was fed first. He was a music enthusiast and loved schooling his friends at music trivia. He had an eclectic collection of music related t shirts and even designed and created his own originals. He is preceded in death by his father Michael Greenfield, grandfather, Hardin Greenfield, grandmother, Betty Jo Greenfield, father-in-law, Bob Hughes, and mother-in-law, Jackie Hughes. He is survived by his wife, Kim Greenfield and children Corinne Carner and husband Gage Carner, Bailey Nelson and Taryn Nelson and grandson Rhett Joseph Carner. Brother-in-law Robert Hughes and sister-in-law Kylie Hughes and niece and nephews Kaitlyn, Michael, Cole, Sean, Jesse & Cooper. His mother, Martha Barkley and stepfather Tom Barkley. Brothers Brian Barkley and Mark Barkley. A memorial service will be held on August 8, 2022, at 2:00PM at The Elks Lodge in Bartlesville.
