Joyce Gwen Harley

September 7, 1952 - July 10, 2018

Funeral services for Joyce Gwen Harley 65, of Skiatook, OK will be held Monday July 16, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel in Skiatook with Tori Snodgrass officiating.             Interment in Osage Garden Cemetery in Skiatook, Oklahoma is under the direction of Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home.  Casket bearers for the service are Larry Harley, Brandon Harley, Dylan Harley, Zach Harvel, Josh Fleming and Eugene Preslar.   Musical selections for the service are "The Dance", "Dancing In The Sky" and "Forever and Ever Amen".                 Joyce passed away on July 10, 2018 at her residence.  She was born on September 7, 1952 in Junction City, Kansas to Warren Glenn and Joyce Ilene (Jennings)Gappa. She was raised and received her education in Junction City, Kansas.  Joyce attended nursing school at High Plains Vo-Tech in Woodward receiving her LPN License.  She worked in nursing homes in Skiatook, Collinsville and Catoosa for 30 plus years being dedicated to caring for the elderly.  Joyce was married to Lawrence "Larry" Harley Jr. for 33 years, he preceded her in death in 2004.  She enjoyed doing crafts, painting, wood working, ceramics and puzzles.             Joyce is survived by three sons: Larry Harley III and his wife Kathy of Skiatook; Brian Harley and Elizabeth Sullivan of Sperry; Richard Harley and wife Robin of Skiatook; grandchildren: Paden Scott Harley, Anastasia Dawn Harley, Dillon Michael Harley, Brandon James Harley, Jordan Korryn Harvel, Valerie Irene Underwood, Nathan James Harley, Bentley Harley, two great grandchildren: Liora Harley and Kynsleigh Harley, five sisters: Karen Tumlin and husband Bobby of Alabama; Bonnie Moore of Junction City Kansas; Linda Walker and husband Dale, Pam Clayton and husband Mike, Debbie Hogan and husband Spencer all of Texas; and one brother Mitchell (Mitch) Johnson of Alabama.             She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Larry Harley Jr.
