Funeral services for Joan Joyce Billups, 77, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, formerly of Skiatook, will be held Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home chapel in Skiatook, OK, with Mark Shelton officiating. Interment in Osage Garden Cemetery is under the direction of Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home. Casket bearers for the service are Russell Hull, Randy Hull, Robert Guevara, Alex Gresham, Eric Hallquist and Michael Willis. Musical selections for the service are "I Can Only Imagine", "With You In Your Dreams" and "Sissy's Song". Joan passed away on March 2, 2013 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born October 23, 1935 in Hominy, Oklahoma to Albert and Ruby (Scott) Hull. Joan married Earl Billups on July 12, 1965; he preceded her in death on April 9, 1996. She is survived by a daughter Shirley Gresham of Sand Springs; five grandchildren: Emily McClary of Sapulpa; Alex Gresham of Tulsa; Elizabeth Gresham of Sand Springs; Robert Guevara and Kathy Willis both of Tulsa; five great grandchildren: Taylor, Brody and Jackson Willis, Chloe McClary and Madison Godwin, honorary granddaughter Jennifer Stillwell of Tulsa; and a brother Lou Don Hull of Sperry.
