Jeffery Kenneth Harper 70, of Turley, Oklahoma passed away on December 12, 2021. He was born February 13, 1951, in San Antonio, Texas to Gordon and Ruth (Bennett) Harper. He was raised and received his education in San Antonio. Jeffery made his home in San Antonio until moving to Tulsa 20 years ago. He worked as a building contractor for several years and later he was employed by Reasors Grocery Store in Owasso as a stocker for 10 years. Jeffery was survived by two sisters: Jackie and Kathleen Harper both of Texas; brothers: Gordon Harper and wife Pamela of Skiatook; Douglas Harper and Tommy Harper both of Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son Gordon Harper in 2020.
