Graveside services for Jean Maxine Goodman, 85 of Turley, Oklahoma were held Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Dixie Bear Creek Cemetery in Cleveland, OK with Pastor Roy Betz officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home. Casket bearers for the service were Ed Fletcher, Jason Holmes, Kevin Ayers, Benny Goodman, Kyle Ayers, and Wayne Ledbetter. Musical selections for the service were "Sissy's Song", "Go Rest High On That Mountain" and "When The Saints Go Marching In". Jean passed away on July 16, 2011 in Claremore Oklahoma. She was born September 4, 1925 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma to Basil Leon and Pearl (Goodman) Frailey. Jean married Rudolph Goodman on December 1, 1945; he preceded her in death on December 24, 1986. She was a lifelong resident of the area. She is survived by two daughters: Phyllis Smith and husband Melvin of Sperry; Carol Glander of Tulsa; two grandchildren Leslee Smith and Margaret Smith, five great grandchildren: Jessica Smith, Joshua Smith and wife Brittany, Jennifer Smith, Jacci Genay, and Jamie Cates, three siblings: Christine Tom, Basil Frailey Jr., and Francis Ayers. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Rudolph, and a brother Jerry Frailey.
