Graveside services for Janet Sue (Fugate) Jones, 69, of Owasso, Oklahoma will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at Osage Garden Cemetery in Skiatook, Oklahoma with Don Lemieux officiating. Interment in Osage Garden Cemetery is under the direction of Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home. Musical selection for the service is Ave Maria . Honorary casket bearers are Tommy Bettis, Elliott Heyne, John Jankowski, and Johnny Fugate. Janet passed away on July 10, 2010, at Sequoyah Pointe Living Center in Owasso. She was born on October 3, 1940 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Earnest and Mildred Ann Mike (Pease) Fugate. She married Gerald Leroy Jones, he preceded her in death on September 7, 2000. Janet worked as a bookkeeper for Jones and Company Tax Service. Janet is survived by two daughters: Shelly Jankowski and husband John, Lori Crowe and husband Laird, and a son Tommy Bettis, five grandchildren: Lindy, Elliott, Sara, Brytnn, and Bobbie Sue, one great grandchild Kali, two sisters: Earnestine White, JoAnn Henry and husband Joe, a brother Johnny Fugate and wife Karen. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Gerald, and a son Bobby. Rosary will be held at Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.
