He was born on July 9, 1975 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to William Howard and Grace Eugenia (King) Baker. James is survived by his brother Bill Baker and wife Josi of Skiatook; nieces: Addison and Avery Baker, nephews: Taylor Watkins and Cody Francis. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
