Guy William Stewart

April 23, 1955 - May 13, 2020

Guy William Stewart passed on to that great garage in the sky on May 13, 2020, at the age of 65 years and 20 days.  Guy was born to Dale Lawton Stewart and Betty Marie Stewart Jones on April 23, 1955 in the Territory of Hawaii, Oahu. Guy was a master of mechanics from a very young age.  A literal parade of hot-rods and vintage automobiles passed through his garage; all of them faster, louder, and shinier than when they entered.  Guy retired as an auto-body repairman. Guy enjoyed camping, boating, and fishing, but most of all anything motorized, especially NASCAR. Guy was preceded in death by his father, mother, step-dad Dale W. Jones; and daughter, Allison Michelle (Stewart) Farmer Philpott. Guy is survived by his loving siblings David L. Stewart (Sharon) and Lisa M. (Stewart) Martin (Jack).  A dear friend's wife said she thought Guy, David, & Lisa were one person because all she ever heard were the three names in unison.  He is also survived by two grandsons, Gage Farmer and Mason Philpott; step-mom Elaine Remy; and life-long friends Joe, Joey, and Dan.
