Gene Raymond Cullison

Funeral services for Gene R. Cullison, 77, of Tulsa, OK, will be held Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home in Skiatook, Oklahoma, with  Bill Bowman officiating. Interment in Resthaven Cemetery in Sperry, Oklahoma is under the direction of Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home.  Casket bearers for the service are Mike Little, David Freeman,  Chuck Allred, Brent Schmidt, Troy Able and Chris Able.  Honorary casket bearers are Bob Cullison, Kenneth Cullison, Nathan Cullison, Raymond Cullison,  Samuel Rogers, Robert Cullison and Clint Mitchell. Gene passed away on October 4, 2019, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  He was born on January 27, 1942, in Turley, Oklahoma to Othello Garnett and Georgia Lucille (Gideon) Cullison.  Gene was raised and received his education in Turley.  He was a graduate of Central High School.  Gene served his country in the Air National Guard.  After leaving the military Gene worked in the family grocery store before purchasing his own hardware store. Gene is survived by his children: Nathan Cullison of Tulsa; Raymond Cullison of Skiatook; Cleo Cullison and Sam Rogers of Tulsa; three grandchildren: Nathan, Cody and Jordan Cullison, two great grandchildren: Cayden Cullison and Aaliyah Cullison, three siblings: Robert Cullison of Monkey Island; Ann Corley of Tulsa; and Ken Cullison of Skiatook. He was preceded in death by his parents.
