Carl Eugene Patton

October 20, 1947 - February 13, 2022

Carl Eugene Patton of Dewey, Oklahoma passed away February 13, 2022 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Carl was born on October 20, 1947 to Roy and Sara Patton in Reno, Nevada. He moved to Oklahoma at a young age and attended his elementary years in the Winagon and White Hill Schools, and finished his high school years at the Alluwe Trade School. Most of his working life he was an avid mechanic. Retiring from Jane Phillips Medical Center as a stationary engineer in 2014. He loved his family and his greatest times were spent working on various things and doing what he loved, including racing, fishing, hunting, ATV’s, camping, and kayaking. Carl is survived by his loving wife of 36 years Sherri Patton of the home.; his children, Kathy and Kevin Koehn of Haviland, KS, Carla and Alan Parsley of Leander, TX, Tommy Joe Patton of Hodgen, OK, Kimberly and Lantz Elkins of Bartlesville, OK, Travis and Jamie Crane of Dewey, OK, and Jason Crane of Bartlesville, OK; his brothers, David Patton and Sue of Collinsville, Roger and Judy Patton of Oologah Lake, Roy and Elissa Patton of Marion, KS, Tom Patton and Lillie of Bartlesville, OK; and a sister Carolyn and Don Wickham of Garnett, KS; 16 grandchildren; and an addition host of many family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and a son, Kevin Eugene Patton. In Lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity in his name.
