Bonnie Louise Jones

Funeral services for Bonnie Louise Jones, 72, of Skiatook, Oklahoma, were held Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel,   with Kenny Gardner officiating.             Interment in Resthaven Cemetery was under the direction of Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home.  Casket bearers for the service were Leslie Wilson, Amber Cohea, Josh Fleming, Travis Fleming, John Fleming and Junior Cantu. Musical selections for the service were "If I Could Hear My Mother Pray Again" and "I'll Fly Away".             Bonnie passed away on November 21, 2016 in Owasso, Oklahoma.   She was born on January 17, 1944 in Bakersfield, California to Carl and Bonnie (Harris) Fleming. Bonnie was raised in Tulsa and lived in the Tulsa area until moving to Skiatook in 2010. She worked as a bartender and owned and operated her own business.  Bonnie enjoyed doing many things in life; dancing, fishing, camping, watching her grandson play baseball, attending bike rally's, watching the Kansas City Chiefs play football, juicy steaks, crafts and going to Loretta Lynn's concert.  Spending time with family and friends was important to Bonnie.  She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.             Bonnie is survived by her daughter Kelly Thomas and husband Mike of Claremore; a grandson Dakota Thomas, two brothers: Dave Fleming and wife Tammy of Skiatook; Dean Fleming and wife Jan of Strang; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.        She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Carl J.,  a sister Sherry Thompson and beloved Aunt Kat.
