Bill Harold Frost

Funeral services for Bill Harold Frost, 85, of Claremore OK, will be held Thursday, June 26, at 1:00 p.m. at the Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel in Skiatook, with Pastor Mark Shelton officiating. Interment in Resthaven Cemetery in Sperry, OK, is under the direction of Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home. Casket bearers for the service are Billy Frost, Buck Frost, Harold Boggs, Keith Frost, Ryan Frost and Dakota Boggs. Musical selections for the service are "Amazing Grace" and "The Old Rugged Cross". Bill passed away on June 22, 2014, at St. John's Hospital. He was born on March 21, 1929, in Bixby, OK to Samuel and Lena (Dixon) Frost. Bill served his country in the Air Force during WWII. He married Geroldine Roach on June 12, 1950, in Miller, Missouri. Bill was a long time resident of Sperry, OK before moving to Claremore. He worked as a mechanic for 50 years in his own shop in Tulsa. Bill is survived by five children: Bud Frost and wife Kathy of S. Coffeyville, OK; Belinda McCartney and husband Al of Tulsa; Jim Frost of Prue; Sue Beaver and husband Calvin of Nowata; Mike Frost and wife Heather of Oologah; 13 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 2 great great granddaughters, a brother Gene Frost of Foyil; and numerous family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Geroldine, a son Demetri Frost, granddaughter Tiana, grandson James Jason Frost and 8 siblings.
