Randall William Pinney

Randall “Randy” William Pinney, age 60, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Bartlesville on March 26, 2026. Randy was born on March 2, 1966, in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, to Dale and Mary Pinney. He grew up in Barnsdall before later moving to Pawhuska, where he graduated from Pawhuska High School in 1984. Randy loved spending time in the woods searching for arrowheads. He often said, “I’m in my element when I’m in the woods.” However, all of that took a back seat when his son, Ashton, came into his life. The love he had for his son was unbelievably strong. Randy would say, “Ashton is the best thing that ever happened to me.” Anyone who saw them together could feel the deep bond they shared. They would spend hours on the floor playing with trains, magnetic tiles, and anything else they could imagine. Randy loved his entire family with everything in him. To know Randy was to love him. Those who knew him will remember him as a kind, loving, selfless, and hilarious man. Randy was also known to have the best stories! He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Pinney, of the home; his son, Ashton William Pinney; his daughter, Brittany Brisbin, and her husband, Devin; and four grandchildren, Taigin Butler, Lakota Cummings, Trevor Cummings, and Landon Brisbin. He is also survived by his mother, Mary Young; his brother, Marty Pinney and wife, Angela; his step-sister, Sister-in laws Anna martin and Cindy Batchelder, Brothers Mark Hainline and wife Kelly and Greg Hainline, Nichole Hill and husband, Michael; his stepmother, Norma Standridge; his stepbrother, Brian Young and wife, Sharla; and his step-sister, Shelley Young and husband, Andy, as well as many nieces, nephews, and countless dear friends. Randy was preceded in death by his father, Dale Pinney; his second dad, Terry Young; his mother-in-law, Mary Chiseck; his grandparents, Delbert and Myrl Pinney, Lena Watkins, Albert and Lula Burke, Gertrude Watkins, and Jim and Wilma Young; his aunt, Carol Bridgwater; his niece, Robin Witt; and his sister-in-law, Sherri Spaw.
