Bruce White

Bruce White went to be with the Lord on September 10th, 2025, at his home in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. He was the third of four children born to Delbert Burton White and Georgia Marie White in Caney, Oklahoma. As a young child, Bruce’s family moved to Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He loved his time growing up there with his cousins and made lifelong friends with all the West Side boys. He graduated high school from College High in 1969. With Patricia Kuykendall, he welcomed his first daughter, Shawna Tee White, in August 1973. In 1979, Bruce married the love of his life, Julia Diane Geiger, and welcomed Bruce Wayne White in 1982 and Bonnie Marie White in 1985. For the next 30 years, Bruce successfully worked in bindery and printing until he retired in the early 2000s and found his love of woodworking. In retirement, when he wasn’t in the shop watching ball games and building shelves, he loved spending time with his grandkids and attending their games and events. Another big part of Bruce’s life was his love of Christ. He made it a habit to make friends everywhere he went, and he sent a daily scripture to anyone and everyone who would receive it. Bruce also stayed up to date on family circumstances and was quick to ask for prayer for friends and loved ones. He is remembered as a prayer warrior and a devoted provider for his family. He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Dee and Marie White; brother, Ted White; sister, Bonnie Gay; and many other loved ones. He is survived by his wife, Julia White, of Sapulpa; daughter, Shawna White, of Perry; son, Bruce White, of Midland, TX; and daughter and son-in-law, Bonnie and Preston Davis, of Sapulpa, and sister Louise Juliano of Dewey, OK. Grandchildren: Kourtnee and Tyler Buzzard of Claremore; Kyle and Hanna Price of Bixby; Kashlee and Garrett Archer of Baxter Springs, KS; Riley Combs of Grove; Ace White of Midland, TX; and Aubree, Emma, and Jovi Davis of Sapulpa. Great-grandchildren: Poppi and Piper Buzzard of Claremore; Jhett and Ivy Price of Bixby; and Wrenlee Archer of Baxter Springs.
